For people who have a story to tell.
Thoughtfully filmed life story recordings and personal documentary films, made to preserve the voice, memories and character of someone important.
Stories have a way of disappearing unless someone takes the time to keep them. The voice. The little details. The way someone remembers things. Memory Keeper is a way to hold onto that properly, on film, for family now and for the years ahead.
See what this can become
This is where you can embed your example film. It gives people the feeling, care and cinematic quality behind a Memory Keeper film.
Simple, calm, and thoughtfully handled
This does not need to feel formal or overwhelming. The process is guided gently from the beginning.
Start with a conversation
Tell me a little about the person, story or idea. I’ll help you work out which approach feels right.
Filming
Filming is kept relaxed and respectful. It feels more like a guided conversation than a formal interview.
Keep it for the future
The finished piece is delivered privately to keep, revisit, and share with family whenever you want.
A filmmaker drawn to real people and meaningful stories
Memory Keeper grew from a long love of storytelling and the belief that every story is special. For over 15 years I’ve worked across Western Australia as a director/cinematographer, stepping into people’s homes, sheds, shops and everyday worlds to capture the stories already living there.
My passion is to explore someone’s life and story with genuine curiosity, shaping a film that honours the person at the heart of it.
Let’s start with a few details
Tell me a little about the person or story you’d like to preserve, and I’ll help you work out the best way to approach it.
