How it works
We start with a call or an easy meet up. You describe what the film should hold. I listen, ask a few gentle questions, and suggest a simple plan that suits your pace and place.
On the day the work is quiet and considered. 4K picture, clear sound, and thoughtful light. Guidance is there when it helps, and you choose what to share. The mood stays comfortable, respectful, and unhurried.
Afterwards the material is shaped into a clear arc. Dialogue is paced and tidied. Music and colour carry the tone. Important moments are given room. You review the cut and we refine together.
You receive a private viewing link to share with family and friends and high quality files for safe keeping. USB or DVD can be arranged if you need to post a copy overseas.

Through Stir Films I make curiosity-led personal documentaries shaped around each person - their life, passions, and collections. I listen first and craft films that feel warm, cinematic, and made to be remembered.
I hold a Master of Screen Studies from the WA Screen Academy; in 2023 I received a WA Screen Culture Award, with works broadcast across Australia.
